Established in 2010 by award-winning sound designer, musician and composer, Joseph Fraioli, Jafbox Sound strives to create a unique and immersive world which pushes boundaries and surprises listeners through the use of custom innovative sound design and original music focused on the enrichment of storytelling.

Entrusted by many high-profile directors, studios, brands, artists and institutions, Jafbox Sound’s work has included feature films and television series inclusive of TENET (Dir. Christopher Nolan), FALLOUT (Dir. Jonathan Nolan), TALES FROM THE LOOP (Dir. Mark Romanek), CHARM CITY KINGS (Dir. Angel Manuel Soto), KIN (Dir. Jonathan and Josh Baker) and ABSTRACT: THE ART OF DESIGN and has been featured in commercials for clients such as Apple, Google, Nike, IBM, PlayStation, Xbox, Budweiser, Delta Airlines, Chobani and Squarespace. Jafbox Sound has also created sonic installations for the permanent installation of AIR at Summit One Vanderbilt, Kanye West’s CRUEL SUMMER, Lady Gaga for Polaroid, Chanel No.5’s IN A NEW LIGHT, Glade’s MUSEUM OF FEELINGS, Sonos’ SOUNDS OF NYC and world-renowned institutions such as The Museum of Modern Art, The Walker Art Center and The Smithsonian.
